It's easy for you to say "let them march" when you don't have to deal with the fallout of them marching.

You still don't understand that "fighting words" are not protected by the 1st Amendment. That is why they shouldn't be allowed to march. They are only looking to start trouble.

Leader Cites Problem With Ohio Group Leader

CINCINNATI -- A planned neo-Nazi march for April 20 has been postponed, and the group's leader says he won't apply for another permit.
American National Socialist Workers Party leader Bill White sent an e-mail to local news agencies Saturday, saying "American National Socialist Workers Party today withdraws its support for a march against black crime called for April 20 by Justin Boyer and announces that Mr Boyer, our Ohio State Leader, has been replaced by Kenny Fields, our current Ohio Deputy State Leader."
White said an unresolved domestic violence charge against Boyer in Washington was the reason for the leadership change.

"Since the City of Cincinnati has agreed that this march does not fall under the current march ordinance, does not require a permit and is not 'banned' by the City Council's recent actions, we will hold this march in the near future without a permit and with little prior announcement of date and time," White said.
"We do not have a specific date except for 'soon', which could mean Saturday, and could mean June," White said.

I'm guessing someone is gonna try to ammend that march ordinance in the very very near future.
